Friday, March 31st, 2006. Version 1.02 of Image Intelligence Software's Qedoc quiz software was released today with support for multiple event sound effects. Event sound effects are sounds which accompany many typical quiz events. Events such as getting a question right or wrong, submitting or abandoning a quiz, losing a life in a multiple attempt question and a number of other events can now have sounds attached to them. This brings the quiz to life. Users who create their own quizzes can use a new interface option on the Quiz Maker to customize the sound effects or deactivate them. A large choice of sound effects are now bundled with the software, and users can select between these and test them with a simple, single click of a button. An excerpt from the documentation manual explaining the implementation of sound effects is available.
